its funny but at the moment i regard
ohio as a complete success
its a personal triumph
not in some CBT bullshit kinda way

as i age near 40
my thoughts on challenge
(e.g. solo climbing,)
have changed somewhat.

if i came off the mountain
or climb without 'success'
then i would have regarded it all as a complete failure.
But now, with time and experience
i can see that the act itself, of moving,
trying, being in the moment, pushing so much
is in itself a celebration of life and existence
away from the hum-drum mediocrity of the box.

in other words its all success as we
live instead of merely existing.

the inner search again

this new blog is to explore the world away from the constraints of natural society that most who read it find themselves in.
